How are the guides delivered?
After purchase you will instantly be forwarded to a thank you page containing a link to download your guide.

What is the refund policy for your products?
Due to the digital nature of our product we offer a 10-day refund policy. If within 10 days of purchase, you are not satisfied with your guide, you may contact us including a reason for the refund request. If we approve your refund request you will be refunded the FULL PURCHASE PRICE. Please note, all refunds are issued at the sole disgression of Pro PvP Guides, you are not entitled to any re-imbursement.

What if I accidentally deleted the guide file?
If you happen to delete the file you should check your purchase email, you can download it again! If for some reason you deleted your purchase than contact us. We will resend the guide to you at no extra cost.
